Refund policy

Returns are not allowed. We are NPIP verified so we cannot receive any returns once they have left our farm.  The ONLY refunds will be given if we are unable to fulfill your order, not if you change your mind.  If a deceased chick arrives, you will be refunded if the number received alive is LESS than what you ordered.
